We are officially in the election period.
The
minister of cooperative governance and traditional affairs, Velenkosini Hlabisa
has officially declared November 7 as Election Day.
The
proclamation marks the start of the 90-day countdown to Election Day, with
political parties expected to intensify their campaigns.
The
IEC said more than 29- thousand voters have registered to vote.
Eligible
voters have until Friday night to register before the voters’ roll closes.
